ISUZUSALA Application พัฒนาและดูแลโดย ISUZU CHIANGMAI SALES CO., LTD. นโยบายนี้อธิบายถึงวิธีการเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย และจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้ รวมถึงสิทธิของผู้ใช้ในการจัดการข้อมูลของตนเอง

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้งานข้อมูล
– เพื่อให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงานภายในของพนักงาน ISUZU CHIANGMAI SALES CO., LTD.
– เพื่อการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยของระบบ
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
– เราจะไม่ขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้ให้แก่บุคคลที่สาม
– ข้อมูลจะถูกใช้เพื่อการตรวจสอบภายในบริษัทเท่านั้น
4. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
– ข้อมูลผู้ใช้จะถูกเก็บรักษาตามระยะเวลาที่พนักงานยังคงเป็นพนักงานของบริษัท ISUZU CHIANGMAI SALES CO., LTD.
– เมื่อผู้ใช้สิ้นสุดการเป็นพนักงาน ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บต่อไปอีก 90 วัน และจะถูกลบออกจากระบบอย่างถาวร

1. ส่งคำขอไปที่แผนก บุคคล ของบริษัทผ่านช่องทางติดต่อด้านล่าง
2. บริษัทจะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการลบหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลภายใน 3 วันทำการ
3. เมื่อเสร็จสิ้น ผู้ใช้จะได้รับการแจ้งยืนยันผ่านการติดต่อโดยตรง
6. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เรามีมาตรการด้านเทคนิคและการบริหาร เช่น การเข้ารหัส (Encryption), การจำกัดสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูล และการตรวจสอบระบบ เพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
